How can I pay?

You can pay either by bank transfer or Paypal. If you live in France payements by check are accepted.

Need I to create an account to order?

No, you don't. When validating your cart, you can use the Express Checkout option by entering only your delivery address.

Is this item in stock?

Stocks are managed in realtime. While you can get add the item to your basket, it means the item is available in our stock. In the other case 'Out of stock' will be written on the item page.

How can I use my voucher code?

To use your voucher code, you just need to access to the cart resume page by clicking on 'cart' at the top right hand corner of the online shop. Then enter your code in the form.

Do you do wholesale prices?

Wholesale prices are available for Altsphere Productions releases but we also manage to always do special offer for huge order. Feel free to contact us if you want to pass an important order.
